Employee Self-Service

Employee Self Service provides you with convenient access to your personal and pay information as well as up-to-date information about Bethesda Rehab & Senior Care.

After you register, you can access Employee Self Service from any computer. An email address is required to register. You can access Employee Self Service at https://workforcenow.adp.com. 

Important: To protect your information, always log off Employee Self-Service.

Online Training

All Bethesda employees must complete monthly training modules on a range of topics. This online training system gives us greater flexibility to provide training to all of our employees.

You can access your training courses at http://bhillinois.training.reliaslearning.com.

Once you are logged in, you can start and stop a session at any time. When re-starting the program, you will automatically return to the last section you stopped on.

Important: Please remember that all training courses are mandatory for all employees, and must be completed while on the clock. Attending a training course during non-working time is prohibited. Please see your supervisor if you are having difficulty completing training during work hours.
