Quality Matters

Quality Matters

When you or someone you love is searching for short-term rehab or long-term care, it is important to choose the best possible option. Our reputation for high quality care is validated by the outcome measurements collected by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.

Quality Matters

Why is Staffing important?

We care about what you care about.

There is considerable evidence of a relationship between nursing home staffing levels and resident outcomes. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Staffing Study found a clear association between nursing staff ratios and nursing home quality of care.1

Patient Satisfaction

At Bethesda Rehab & Senior Care, we strive to provide excellent clinical care in a caring and safe environment. We place an emphasis on accommodating each individual and their families with the highest level of care, dignity, respect, and compassion.

One of the ways we measure success is by our patients' satisfaction with their experiences at our community. Bethesda trusts a third party vendor, InQ, to manage our short-stay patient surveys. We use this feedback to drive quality initiatives and ensure patient and family needs are met.
